Jerome Griffin has been the President and CEO of South Sun Realty Management and Investments Company since 1997, which he has operated primarily has a premier Real Estate Brokerage. Jerome has been in the real estate business for over 40 years and is an expert in the real estate market in the South Florida area. Jerome has worked with a wide range of clients, representing them as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. He has closed sales that required unconventional and creative financing and understands completely all aspects of lending and closing requirements. Jerome has numerous contacts in the industry and a reputation as a world-class Real Estate Agent.
Mr. Griffin will also serve as the CEO and President of South Sun Holdings, which will purchase properties at discounted prices and sell for a profit after minimal rehabilitation and repairs. Jerome will source the properties, contact owners and conduct all pricing and term negotiations. He will also complete and execute required contracts and addenda to secure the sale. It will also be Jerome's responsibility to manage the escrow account should one be required and to account for all revenue and expenses incurred for each property.
At the time that the company requires additional employees, Mr. Griffin will recruit, hire and train those employees to abide by all state and federal laws as well as the company's standards of contact and standard operating procedures.
